Structural features
1. Diaphragm: usually made of high-strength stainless steel sheet, with good elasticity and corrosion resistance. Diaphragms come in a variety of shapes, including 6-corner, 8-corner or full-piece. Multiple diaphragms are staggered and connected to the two halves of the coupling by bolts. Each set of diaphragms is composed of several stacked pieces to increase the torque transmission capacity and elastic deformation range of the coupling.
2. Half coupling: Made of high-strength metal material, it works closely with the diaphragm. 3. Connecting bolts: High-strength stainless steel bolts are used to firmly clamp the diaphragm and half-coupling together.
